“People may forget what you did, but they will always remember how you made them feel.” I’ve been mulling over this thought for the past few days, reflecting on how I moved through different projects this year. Moments where the pressure was high and decisions carried real weight really stand out!"
"As an urban designer, I often think about environments and the impressions they leave behind. Teams are no different. They leave a residue: energy, trust, fatigue, or confidence; and that residue can outlast the project itself. "Don’t get me wrong, the end product matters. Without the product, there would be no team. But once the purpose is clear, the team becomes the medium through which that purpose is realised, and that medium can either amplify delivery or quietly erode it."
"As I step into 2026, I’m excited and expectant about the collaborations ahead: about what we will produce, and who we will become in the process!!
